SBJ ALL IN, presented by underdog venture team, is a year-long franchise dedicated to amplifying and elevating conversations about diversity, equity and inclusion in order to activate change in the sports industry. The 2022 series kicked-off with a two-day virtual conference held March 30-31. New to the franchise in 2022 is SBJ ALL IN In Real Life, presented by underdog venture team. This in-person + virtual conference will annually visit a market where meaningful diversity, equity and inclusion work is taking place in real life. It will feature best practices that are applicable to any organization or community and shine the spotlight on storylines that will inspire and inform.

Attendees should expect the unexpected and come ready to engage in programming that will open minds and open doors.
